02 April 2002: Tim's stag do

A extreme closeup of the husband to be.

Tim is a chap I work with at the moment. His wedding is set to be Saturday 13th April 2002. He has already had a proper stag party in Val d'Isere. However us folks at work and a few of his other chums decided to go along to Revolution, a bar in Soho. It wasn't too messy, but Tim did get pretty drunk. Anyway, I thought I should present a few photos of the event here. As usual, you can click on the photos to see a larger version.

In the bar

Well it all started relatively quietly. Tim discovered that they made a rather pleasant Gin & Tonic. However he had already consumed a reasonable amount at a bar near work. And of course, as is traditional in these situations, whenever people bought drinks, he was made to down some sort of short.

So gradually, he became quite happy. I include this picture since the although the shutter hadn't opened properly on the camera, it produced an amusing effect which seems to work with this particular photo.

And near the end of the night, he was running around with his coat on his head. I'm told that this was an impression of a character from Beavis and Butthead, but I'm not convinced.

And eventually he reached the stage where he found it preferable to sit on the floor than stand up.Picture of Tim on the floor.

I hope that he didn't embarrass himself too much in front of his brother in law.
